Find the serial number and model for your gauge

Located on the external casing of your Field Gauge

All Field Gauge LC20 and Process Meter LC30 gauges are shipped with a custom sticker that contains the following information.
  1. Model Number. Model numbers ending in B1 or W1 indicate the gauge has a wireless radio installed. B1 = Bluetooth, W1 = Zigbee.
  2. A descriptor section with the following info about your gauge:
    1. Max pressure for each included pressure port
    2. Connection type for each pressure and/or temperature port
    3. Wireless radio type, if installed. 
  3. Serial number

View in FieldLab Desktop Software

  1. Open FieldLab Desktop on your computer. Download the latest version for free if you don't already have it installed.
  2. Connect your gauge to FieldLab Desktop using the provided USB cable, or wirelessly if your gauge has a Bluetooth or Zigbee radio.
  3. In FieldLab Desktop, on the Devices screen, select the gauge.
  4. Find your model and serial number on the Overview screen.

Notes
Available with firmware versions 1.016 and later.

Press and hold the Menu/Up-Arrow Button to access the menu.

Press the Backlight/Right-Arrow Button to scroll until SERIAL appears


 
Once the SERIAL menu item appears, select the Zero/Checkmark Button to view the serial number.

Use the Backlight/Right-Arrow Button to scroll to see the full serial number.
