Open FieldLab Desktop on your computer.
In the top menu, select Help, then Install FieldLab Driver.
Install USB Driver
If you're having trouble getting your FieldLab connected to the PC with the provided USB cord, you may need to reinstall the Windows driver for the device. Installing drivers requires you to be a Windows administrator.
