Link a Field Gauge to FieldLab Desktop

Link to FieldLab Desktop

This article applies to Ralston Field Gauge LC10, LC20, Process Meter LC30, and FieldLab, all models.
Things you will need: 
  1. A PC running Windows. 
  2. FieldLab Desktop software version 1.24 or later installed on your PC. Download the latest version for free.
  3. A Ralston Instruments Field Gauge LC10, LC20, Process Meter LC30, or FieldLab.
  4. USB Cord (Type B), provided with your purchase.

1. Download and install the latest version of FieldLab Desktop.

2. Open the FieldLab Desktop app on your computer.

3. Connect to your computer with the provided USB Cable.

4. Power on the your Ralston device by holding down the Power button for three seconds.

5. In FieldLab Desktop, on the Devices screen, select the button titled "Link a Device".

6. FieldLab Desktop will ask you if you’d like to link this device. Select the button titled “Link to this PC”.

7. Confirm that you want to link by selecting the button “Link to this PC”.

8. Once the linking process is complete, select the button titled “Done”.

Congratulations! You can now manage your device settings, log data directly to your computer, and update firmware with FieldLab Desktop.
