Register your Ralston Gauge

Register your Ralston gauge to access calibration certificates and install firmware updates.

This article applies to: FieldLab, Field Gauge LC10, LC20, and Process Meter LC30, all models.

Things you will need: 

1. A PC running Windows. 
   
2. FieldLab Desktop software version 1.24 or later installed on your PC. Download the latest version for free.
   
3. A Ralston Instruments Gauge.
   
4. USB Cord, provided with your Ralston Gauge.
   

1. Download and install the latest version of FieldLab Desktop on your PC running Windows.

2. Once installation is complete, open the FieldLab Desktop app on your PC.

3. Sign in to your FieldLab account.

If you don’t already have an account, you can create one.

4. Power on your gauge and connect it to your PC with the provided USB-Cord.

5. On the Devices screen in the FieldLab Desktop app, select the gauge you want to register.

6. On the Overview Tab screen, select the button titled "Register".

7. In the browser window that opens, confirm that the product displayed is the product you wish to register, then select "Next".

8. Once you complete the registration process, select "View Product Registration" to:

1. Download calibration certificates for the gauge.
   
2. View firmware updates for the gauge.
   
3. Request service for your gauge.
