Timeout error while updating firmware on LC10, LC20, LC30 or FieldLab using the FieldLab Desktop App

Windows 11 and newer installations do not come with one of the libraries needed to update firmware on the Ralston products.  Later versions of FieldLab Desktop will bundle this in with the software installation but prior versions will require the following from Microsoft to be downloaded prior to updating firmware.
