Damping slows the visual updates of a pressure gauge’s reading. The goal is to minimize minor fluctuations of the pressure reading on the screen caused by subtle variations in pressure that may create unwanted visual noise.

Ralston gauges are set to a default of "No Damping".

1. Connect to the gauge with the FieldLab Mobile app

2. Select the Settings Icon

3. Scroll to "Damping". Select the Damping button to access settings.

4. Select Low, Medium, or High

5. Select "Back" to return to the main Devices screen.
