If your FieldLab is displaying this message, then the date & time displayed on the FieldLab screen and in saved data sets could be incorrect or unavailable until the clock battery is replaced. The clock battery is a separate battery from the main power-source battery that maintains date and time while the FieldLab is powered off.

Clock Battery replacement must be done by an authorized Ralston Instruments repair center. Contact Ralston Instruments Customer Support for return instructions to send your FieldLab in for battery replacement.

Temporary Workaround

You can set your FieldLab date and time by connecting it via USB to a computer running FieldLab Desktop. This will allow you to log data with the correct data and time appended to your data sets.
