If your FieldLab is displaying this message, the date & time on the FieldLab screen and in saved data sets may be incorrect or unavailable until the clock battery is replaced. The clock battery is separate from the main power-source battery and maintains the date and time while the FieldLab is powered off.
Clock Battery replacement must be done by an authorized Ralston Instruments repair center.
Complete the Return Material Authorization form for return instructions to send your FieldLab in for clock battery replacement. If you have multiple products to return, you can process them all on the same RMA as long as they are all going to the same address, customer, etc. Link to Return Material Authorization Form.
Temporary Workaround
You can set your FieldLab date and time by connecting it to a computer running FieldLab Desktop via USB. This will allow you to log data with the correct date and time appended to your datasets.
