Connect a FieldLab to FieldLab Desktop app with a USB cable
Things you will need:
- USB cable Type-A Male to Type-B Male, included with the purchase of the FieldLab. Replacement USB cables are available from Ralston Instruments, as well as local retailers and online stores.

- FieldLab Desktop software is installed on your Windows PC. The software is free and can be downloaded here.
Instructions
1. Open the FieldLab Desktop app on your computer.
2. Plug the Type-A Male end of the USB cable into a USB port on the computer.
3. Plug the Type-B Male end of the USB cable into the back of the FieldLab.
4. Power on the FieldLab.
