Find the serial number and model for your Field Gauge LC20

Located on the external casing of your Field Gauge

All Field Gauge LC20s are shipped with a custom sticker that contains the following information.
  1. Model Number. Model numbers ending in B1 or W1 indicate the gauge has a wireless radio installed. B1 = Bluetooth, W1 = Zigbee.
  2. A descriptor section with the following info about your gauge:
    1. Max pressure for each included pressure port
    2. Connection type for each pressure and/or temperature port
    3. Wireless radio type, if installed. 
  3. Serial number

If your sticker has been removed, become unreadable, or covered by a protective boot, you can still view your device information using the following methods.

View in FieldLab Desktop Software

  1. Open FieldLab Desktop on your computer. Download the latest version for free if you don't already have it installed.
  2. Connect your gauge to FieldLab Desktop with the provided USB cable, or wirelessly if your gauge has a wireless Bluetooth or Zigbee radio installed.
  3. In FieldLab Desktop, on the Devices screen, select the gauge.
  4. Find your your model and serial number on the Overview screen.
